1. About CreatorGlow Studio™️

CreatorGlow Studio (“CreatorGlow Studio™️,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Digital Wealth Empire. The app helps creators organize, prepare, and publish social media content. Users can connect their own TikTok account, create or upload content, add captions, choose posting options, and publish videos or photos to their own TikTok profile through TikTok’s Content Posting API. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required to use online services in your country or region, to use CreatorGlow Studio™️. If you are using the app on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload, create, schedule, or publish through CreatorGlow Studio™️, including videos, photos, captions, music, branding, and any other material. You must own or have the necessary permission and rights to use all content you share through the app.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and with the terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, and platform policies of any third-party platform you publish to, including TikTok.

4. Third-party accounts and platforms

CreatorGlow Studio™️ may allow you to connect third-party accounts, such as TikTok. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize the app to access that account only for the features you request, such as publishing content you select.

You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time through your account settings in CreatorGlow Studio™️, where available, or directly through the third-party platform. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their actions, policies, outages, or changes.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to use CreatorGlow Studio™️ to:

• Upload, create, or publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person, brand, or business.
• Send spam, harass others, or distribute unwanted content.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer platform APIs or the app itself.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. No guarantees

CreatorGlow Studio™️ does not guarantee follower growth, views, engagement, sales, income, or approval by any platform. Results depend on your content, effort, audience, platform algorithms, and many other factors outside our control.

7. Changes to the service

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue CreatorGlow Studio™️, or any feature of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
